Ok i have a question i have been dealing with this man for almost two years now not knowing that he was married at the time and now we have a daughter so my question is can his wife file anything on me even though she was also commenting adultery and they were not living together but they not separated either

But also keep in mind that living separate and apart with the intent to remain separated constitutes a legal separation. You don’t have to file anything to be considered legally separated. So when you say that they were not living together but had not separated either, depending on the facts, it may in fact be that they had been separated.
