Child support recalculation agreement or divorce date?

I have a separation agreement which includes language stating that child support can be recalculated every 2 years, this agreement was signed as a consent order in 2014. Divorce should be finalized in 2016. Does the 2 year clock begin when the agreement was signed or not until the divorce is final? IE: We are coming up on 2 years since child support was originally set but the divorce still isn’t final, will the clock reset when the divorce is final?

The absolute divorce and child support have no relation; unless it specifically says that child support is to be recalculated two years after an absolute divorce is obtained, divorce shouldn’t trigger any modification of child support. If it isn’t clear in the agreement what triggers the two years, then it may be implied that it means two years since the date of the entry of the consent order.
