I have tried to put a custody schedule together and I am only getting half of my time requested. example…I asked for every other weekend and every Monday and Tuesday.
I have been able to get weekends but not my other days… How is this resolved? I am 5 months now removed from household.

You can’t force another party to sign a separation agreement; both parties have to agree to the terms and agree to sign it. If your ex is not letting you have the custodial time you want, and refuses to sign your proposed agreement, your only recourse is to file an action for child custody and litigate your custody issues in court. The act of filing alone may be enough to get your ex on board with signing your proposed agreement.
