Husband lied on marriage license

My husband knowingly lied on our marriage license. He put someone other than his biological father as his father on the license. Does this mean our marriage is null and void? Since it’s a legal document and all.

Your marriage is likely not a void marriage. If your husband misrepresented this information in order to obtain a marriage license then he could be guilty of a Class 1 misdemeanor. He may be able to correct/update this information at the register of deeds office where the marriage license is recorded.
