Here is a question,
If you have a custody order stating visitation fri-6pm to sun 6pm ,would it be a violation of the custody agreement if both parents agreed to change to fri-6.30pm to sun 6pm because of friday being a bad traffic day?
You can certainly agree to change the pickup time; I would just document that she agrees to the half hour difference in pickup time.
