You can file for absolute divorce on day 366.

How do I file for an absolute divorce? What do I need to do? Go to the courthouse? Get an attorney again?

Our website has samples of the forms needed to file for absolute divorce, you can also obtain a pro se divorce kit from the clerk of court in your county.

My ex husband and I have been separated 365 days tomorrow. What is the next step to getting a divorce?
