# Absolute Divorce

I have been seperated since February 2011. We are attempting to file w/out attorney fees, etc… I have drafted a seperation document that addresses equitable distribution and child custody/visitation etc… but it has not been filed. Does your site have sample divorce papers and can I file both at the same time?
