AofA in NC comes up for abolishment every few years. I wouldn’t hold your breath.

Also, your husband cannot sue YOU for alienation of affection or criminal conversation. He can only sue a 3rd party.

I don’t have any knowledge regarding this beyond what is available to the general public.

I have read that the Alienation of Affection/Criminal Conversation is up for abolishment in the House and Senate but is there any indication on whether it will pass and when? I am basicaly being blackmailed because of it and I am hoping this is no longer an option for my husband in the near future.
