Check the main pages here on this site under divorce, there is a whole page on AOA and criminal conversation. From what I understand it is very difficult to prove, judges do not like to try these cases and the average cost of taking this to court is 80,000 dollars. If the person does not have a lot of money, you will not get much of a judgement if you win. Only you can decide if going after a third party will heal your broken heart.
