I was served papers for alienation of affection, including making phone calls, enticing husband, having sexual intercourse, injury to plaintiff’s marital relationship, that it was intentional on my part, etc.
Plaintiff’s husband & I were married and had one son. I did contact him for financial help with our son. He was open with her about this, she contact my husband at the time and caused discord and separation of my marriage.

Plaintiff & husband are legally separated, I am divorced, plaintiff’s husband and I are together with plans to marry.

what are my options.

Louise
