If you condone the affair (Resume relations knowing about the affair) then yes, alimony can be denied.

I thought he was truly sorry for what he had done. I found out a year later he started cheating again just weeks after begging to come home. No I did not forgive this time. The lying, cheating adulterer is gone. So if there was no forgiveness after he cheated a second time them I should receive alimony correct?

If you have been declared the dependent spouse and your husband also had an affair that produced a child that you did not know about and he resumed the affair after begging to come home is there anyway that you could be denied alimony?
