It would be impossible for me to tell you how much alimony to ask for without sitting down and reviewing your entire financial situation.

I have recently found out that my husband, who is military, has actually been living with his xwife while telling me that he is working, on a mission, in training, whatever. It is my understanding, we actually do not file a divorce complaint until a year of separation;is this correct. If so, I will need alimony. How much support should I ask for? [?]Is there a presentage. I don’t want to drag this out, I want it over an done with. I want to ask for what I know I will get if I go to court and he knows that, too.
