Another Equitable Distribution Question

Our equitable distribution was settled over a year ago. In it, it was agreed that my ex would sign over the title to the vehicle I drive – and the value of that vehicle was considered into the total settlement. He still has not provided me with the title, and since then, I have spent several thousand dollars in repairs on that vehicle. It is in the shop now. It is no longer worth what it was worth when we settled the equitable distribution.
What are his responsibilities?

File Breach of Contract.

Whether you should file a breach of contract claim or a motion for contempt depends on whether your equitable distribution settlement was memorialized in a separation agreement or in a court order.
