Is it a NC law that I need to answer any and all financial related questions from my spouse’s attorney? Am I required under law to answer any of the attorney’s questions?

You are required to answer questions through formal discovery. If litigation is pending and you have received interrogatories, or other discovery, you’ll need to answer those questions. If you do not answer, the court can compel you to.
