My husband and I have been dealing with his ex wifes many attempts to get expartes continued and every time she has gotten it done with no evidence to back her up. She says my husband comes around her and threatens her when actually its the other way around. She has tried to run my husband off the road with my child in the car with him. She then went down and took a warrent out on him. He has spent many nights in jail due to these false charges and we just dont know what to do. Every time he goes to court its thrown out but I just cant seem to understand how this still can continue after 4 years.
Thanks
