Every lawyer’s conduct is governed by the rules of professional conduct and the state bar oversees lawyers and their conduct, as well as complaints about those lawyers.

Is there a governing board to lodge an official complaint against a lawyer and/or a Judge?

I brought suit against my spouse because I felt our child’s well being was compromised. What I got in return was a horrible twist of what I (and others) feel was prejudice. Now I am forced to live with a judgment that never addressed my concerns. I have lost nearly everything in the fight. I don’t want to loose my daughter. Why can’t my voice be heard??

My concerns continue and I am reminded by my kindergarten aged child nearly every visitation of my failure to get the judge’s attention. At this point I have no trust in our system to effectively govern the lives entrusted to it. As a result my five year old regales me of how good it feels to have an alcohol buzz. The alcohol is but one substance I have demanded the discontinued use without solid medical evidence supporting its use. My lawyer was directed and paid to present these concerns and refused to do so. I was told to “Shut UP!” at my hearing trying to get my lawyer to do something.

I have another hearing soon and I plan on going alone without representation. I’m sure this will go over well w/ the Judge. She’ll see me as stupid and broke instead of just broke. So be it.

If anyone has made this far, thanks for hearing my story. I could go on and on.
