I am a resident alien, I have been living in Durham, NC for about a year. Both my wife and me are Canadian citizen, she lives in China now. We registered marriage in Canada two years ago. We have seperated since Last may, it is almost a year. My question is: Can I file my divorce in North Carolina? Thank you for your help in advance.
