# Can I get a copy of a court's findings?

I had a hearing where my STBX and I put forth our cases, then the court made various findings. Then I get a draft of an order from my STBX’s attorney which includes a list of the cort’s findings, but I think there are a few things listed in there that were thrown in which the judge never said.

Is there any way I can get a copy of the judge’s findings from an impartial source, i.e. the court clerk? Does that get printed and published in any form?

You may request a transcript, and in some counties, an audio transcript, of the hearing.
