Greetings. Yes, you can get divorced in North Carolina, but you must ensure that you serve the complaint on her correctly, since you are serving process internationally. Best of luck.

My wife and I are Canadian and were married in Canada in '94. We moved here in '99. My wife moved back to Canada in October '03. Can I get divorced in NC? Thanks.
