I am using a satisfaction of security instrument that was downloaded from the secretary of states web site. On it it is asking for the original grantor and the original secured party, I need to know if the original grantor is the seller and who is the original secured party. Thank You

The seller is the grantor, and the secured party is the financial institution (or individual) who is owed the loan.
