I BELIEVE you file for absolute divorce, serving him via public notification if you do not know his address.

First you would file the complaint then you would attempt to serve him at his last known address. If you could not serve him at his address you could serve him via publication in a newspaper where he is last known to have lived.

How can I obtain a divorce if I am unable to find my ex after 10 plus years of seperation?
