Change to Joint Custody 10/06

There was not a change. The number is still more than 122 overnights.

I understand that there was a change (10/1/06) to the minimum number of days a child must live with a parent to allow that parent to assume joint custody. The previous cut off was 124 days - as this impacts child support calculations, what is the new minimum number of days to be considered a joint custodian?
