The case remains in the original county unless you file a motion to change venue.

If the original order for child support/child custody/ equittable distibution was completed in one county and since then I have moved to another, what would I have to do to ask for an amendment to the child support order in the new county rather than the original one?

Or does the case always stay in the original county even if me and the children do not reside there?
