i do know that unless there is a justment saying who has custody if you let her see them and she does not bring them back you cant do anything untill you get judge to say who has custody.

I am seperated and the kids live with me. I have reason to believe that if i let the mother see them for a night or weekend she will not bring them back. Do i have to let her see them by law or what?
