Ex-Wife and I have an unwritten Child Support agreement. Since we agreed on the amount, I have switched job and kept the same salary but lost my bonus. She switched jobs and is now Full time. Both happened within the last 6 months.
How will DSS look at our incomes if I decide to have the state mandate child support?
Will they look at my old income or new income…her old or new income?

Your present incomes will be used to calculate child support. There is a child support calculator on this website which you may use to get an estimate of what support will be based on your new incomes.
