You will need to file a Notice of Hearing to schedule a hearing, trial, review, etc. on the court calendar with the judge.
You will need to check with your county’s clerk’s office or family court office about available court dates and any other county-specific forms that may be required for scheduling court dates.

Wake County. I see the form on your site. What motion type would it be? Is the calendar available online? How do I fill out lines 3 and 4 before picking a date and filing the motion?Are there any other forms needed for Wake county? Thank you.

You must also file a [Notice of Hearing](https://www.nccourts.gov/assets/documents/local-rules-forms/1347.pdf) and [Calendar Request](https://www.nccourts.gov/assets/documents/local-rules-forms/WAKE-DOM-04%20Calendar%20Request%20%20(rev.%201.2021)_ff.pdf). The Calendar Request is a Wake County-specific form.
