My ex and I recently got a separation. While married, I had credit cards in my name and my ex was an authorized user on such credit cards. My ex is now refusing to make payments on the credit card bills for items my ex bought. Is there any legal action I can take to make my ex pay on the credit card bills ?

If you want your wife to liable for the balance on the credit card, you’ll need to file a complaint for equitable distribution and ask the court to consider the debt a marital debt and subject to division.
