Hi,

I filed for divorce today. When I go to court, should I bring a custody agreement with me? I take care of our daughter all the time, she lives with me, he sees her once every 2 or 3 months. Do I need to have it in writing?

No, you need not prove there is a custody agreement in place to file for divorce.
