Custody

#1

If someone was friends with one party and hated the other party, but then turned against the friend and is now going to a part of the hated party, How would this effect both sides of the custody case?

Also this old friend is now working for the hated friends attorney. How would this turn out in court?

It will be up to the judge to determine this person’s credibility. I believe the facts strongly suggest potential bias, which will be useful in an attempt to prove the person may have ulterior motives in changing sides.
