I read in another post that the Plaintiff HAS to give the defendent some available dates for the divorce hearing? Is that true? Or can the Plaintiff filing the divorce set any date that they want to without giving date options? Does the Defendent have any choice of the date when the Plaintiff decided to file an uncontested absolute divorce as their choice?
