Dating while seperated

Dear songgirl:

Greetings. Are you dependent on your husband’s income for support? If so, then dating may affect your alimony claim. Also, depending on how and when you date, it may affect your custody situation. Thank you.

HI… My husband and I have been seperated for almost 5 months now. Our two underage children are living with me in our home and he has been paying child support. My attorney drew up seperation papers shortly after we seperated but my husband refuses to sign them. Just says he isn’t ready. I have recently been asked out several times but am unsure as to whether I should or what affect it may have on the divorce. I am not asking for alimony, only child support. Please advise me. Thanks Songgirl
