Definations of neglect and endangerment

This is NOT a legal definition, but if it were my child… OVER MY DEAD BODY!!! He confessed. no error in the judicial system. I would go underground with my child.

This is something defined by criminal law, but the circumstances you describe are not ones that are good for a child to be in.

Looking for the legal defination of what constitues child endangerment and child neglect.

Would a man convicted of 1st degree attempted statatoury rape (child was 4/5 at the time) being alone with a child be endangerment or neglect on the parent(s)? What if its his own child?

How about a woman that marries a man knowing his past and conviction (he confessed and it was his legally adopted child) and has a child with him? Could that be child endangerment or neglect?

Because of when this happened he is not registered any longer and the children in question are 8 months old that he is with 24/7 with wife (who divorced him because of his past to start with but remarried him a few years later) and a 2 year old that he is trying to get visitation and custody of.

Thanks
Casey
