I have a friend that left her husband 5 years ago, she walked out and left everything. They never got a divorce or separation agreement, well just recently he passed away. Since they haven’t lived together since that day and she has proof that she lived somewhere else and she has proof that he was living with another woman would she still be responsible for any debt that he left behind?
