Divorce before a year

I was married July, 18, 2018 not even a month after getting my married me and my husband separated. Since then he has threatened to kill himself several times and constantly sends me pictures of him cutting. Do I really have to be married to him for another year, or can I do something about it?

Assuming you have a valid marriage (both of you 18 years of age or older, neither was mentally incapacitated at the time of the marriage, etc.), then you must wait a full year of separation, even if you were only married for one day. There is no remedy available to bypass this one year separation period.
