Dear all4me2:

Greetings. In order to file for a Divorce from Bed and Board, you must file a complaint. There are no “go by” forms for the same, so the majority of people hire an attorney to assist them in making this claim. Let us know if you need help kicking him out…as it may be something we can do without resorting to court. Thanks

Dear all4me2:

Greetings. What he says has no bearing on what will happen. You have already told us in your first post what he has done that will allow us to ask a judge to remove him from your home. Thank you.

What are the steps I need to take to file for Separation from bed and board in North Carolina?

My husband is in constant contact with his ex-girlfriend, drinks everynight and on the weekend, he has not help out around the house (bills) since August 2004.

What can I do?
