Dear almostdone:

Greetings. No, apparently not if one of you lied to the court about being separated for one year and one day. Thank you.

We were seperated 1 year and 1 day in Nov., but immediately after that date (a week or two) we resumed our relationship.

Dear almostdone:

The answer is still no, if you were not legally separated. Thank you.
