The sample complaint form (no children) in the DO IT YOURSELF guide doesn’t match the form I got from clicking the download form link. Which is the most current? Are the social security number necessary?
The law recently changed and social security numbers are no longer necessary. We have not updated the divorce guide yet, but the forms on our website are correct.
