# Does my wife have to come to the divorce hearing?

Does my wife have to come to the divorce hearing? What can I expect at the hearing? She filed for an extension and her 30 days are up this week - When I call Family Court to get my court date for the divorce I have to send her a letter to inform her of the date of the hearing correct? She has attorneys so i’m sure they are guiding her… Also, can you tell me where I can go to find out the amout of Child Support I need to be paying that is just and fair?

Your ex does not have to attend the hearing, and yes you must send a notice of hearing to her attorney when you set the court date.
