Last July 29, I filed a domestic violence order again STBX. Since that time we have been apart, he has violated the order several time, been incarcerated, spent 8 days in jail of a 300 day sentence because he appealed the case and now we are bound over to superior court…awaiting new trial date for that. Does this restraint order come into play when I file for divorce? Is this called an absolute divorce…we do not have children together.

No, the restraining order is separate from the divorce and will not be a factor in the same.
