DVPO and child's birthday

I have been granted a DVPO and we have visitation schedule. He is allowed to come to events but has to stay 100 feet. Also there is nothing in the agreement about our child’s birthday. Do I have to let him attend the party? There is no way for him to stay 100 feet from me at the event.

No, based on the information you’ve provided, you would not have to allow the father to come to the birthday party. If your DVPO states that the father cannot be within 100 feet of you, including at events for the minor child, then he would not be able to come to the child’s birthday party without violating the DVPO.
