DVPO- Priority of case / # of times can be Continued?

I am the Defendant (false accused) in a DVPO Case.
It was Continued once.

  1. Is there a Limit to the number of times it can be Continued ?
    I mean if the Judge simply does not reach our case ?

  2. Does our case gain prioroity based on the number of times it has been Continued ?

  3. IS there any priority with Cases in the Domestic Violence court ?

Normally judges will hesitate to continue these cases more than once and you will have priority over newer cases.
