Hello, I used to live in Pennsylvania until November 4,2013. I filed for Divorce in Pa in April of 2013, been separated in Pa from wife since May of 2012. My child support is being paid, spousal support being paid and no real estate is owned by either party. I now live in NC since Nov. 4 of 2013 and my wife still wont agree to sign my divorce. Can I file down here in NC, without her signature? Please help.
