Hello,

Q: The first column of for expenses and income etc on the FA is titled “Date of Separation”. Is that supposed to be the expenses that were in place on the date of separation and were shared? Or is that supposed to be expenses/incomes for the individual parent on that date? I’d just like to be sure.

You will need to list both your shared and separate expenses as they existed at the date of separation.

So under the “Detail of Monthly Gross Income” section in the “Date of Separation” column:

Monthly Gross Wages: (X’s and my monthly gross incomes combined?)??

You will need to fill out your own employment information and wages. This is your financial affidavit. She can fill out her own employment and wage information.
