# Free Trade Agreement

My spouse is active duty military, after we were married I signed a Free Trader agreement for the house he bought in North Carolina (in his name only), we still have the house. We moved to Hawaii and he bought another house there, I did not sign a Free Trade agreement for that house. Is the agreement only for the purchase of the North Carolina house or does it cover all property acquired after, even if in a different state?

The agreement only pertains to property in NC.
