Interesting link - thanks. I wonder if this applies to adultery too…I guess that we will have to wait and see, no?

Well thats good news… now they just need to get rid of AOA and CC or at least modify it so that the plantiff must show the defenant knew the other person was married.

Before you all get all holier then thou I am not saying adultery is good or right its just not the business of the state to control the people its the peoples job to control the state.
