# Grandparents visitation

My son and his wife are trying to keep my husband and I from seeing the grandchildren. Can you tell me is there such a thing as grandparents visitation rights and what type of attorney would handle such a thing if it exists. Not looking for any custody, just want to see my grandchildren on a continous basis. thanks
