I am considering filing divorce papers myself in Guilford Co. (my husband and I have been separated over a year now but he is refusing to pay the attorney the $500 necessary to finalize the divorce) I have read over this site but I am wondering if anyone has experience or advice in dealing with Guilford Co.
The process is pretty uniform through out the state.
