# Has anyone ever?

Surprisingly enough, I had a judge contact me while I was at work and discuss my case with me and the other attorney on the phone.

This does happen from time to time. This may be good news if the Judge is wanting to discuss your case. Make sure it is the Judge though, before discussing the case over the phone. It would be a good idea to have a witness listening on another line, or record the call.

I received a phone call today from the judge’s office informing me the judge in my divorce case wanted to speak to me. This judge did me no favors in my divorce. Has anyone ever heard of a judge calling someone personally like this? What the heck?
