It is unfortunate that he chooses not to spend time with his children. You can bring this issue up with the judge, but the judge cannot force him to have visitation. I am sorry for your situation.

Ex got supervised visits a couple of months ago. He finally called the place to set up the visits. He went in for the meeting and his wife went with him altho he was told that she can not visit so there was really no need for her to come to the meeting.

THEY told the lady they do not want to do week days because of how far they have to drive so it was kept on Saturdays. IF he would do during the week he could go to his brothers after work, take a shower and NOT have to drive as far.

Well at the meeting THEY told the lady that they do not want to start the visits now since they do not have an order in hand to visit with the chiild.

The judge ordered this in open court and he has had 2/3 months to get a copy in hand. We go back to court next month to see how the visits are going.

Any opinions? Any ideas? This REALLY confusses me since he started out asking for custody when I did the custody/CS then in mediation said he was willing to do supervised visits.
