My children’s mother continually takes my children to the doctor and doesn’t tell me or if she does, it is after the fact. In fact, she doesn’t take them, my child’s grandmother does. I live 5 minutes from their doctor and work from home so I can be at any and all appointments.
In the order it states both parents will share all health, welfare, eduction, etc…
Does she have to tell me before appointments?
Is there a law that defines what health, welfare and eduction means and how things should work?
Also as a note, I pay 75% of all medical expenses.
